Allahabad High Court: इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ खंडपीठ ने मुस्लिम महिलाओं के हक में महत्वपूर्ण फैसला दिया है. खंडपीठ ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि तलाकशुदा मुस्लिम महिलाओं को भी दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता (सीआरपीसी) की धारा 125 के तहत पति से गुजारा भत्ता पाने का अधिकार है.
